NCCAP National Exam to be
Implemented January 1st
If you are not NCCAP certified, at any level, you should read this paragraph. Starting in January, all ADC and ACC applicants will have to successfully pass a national exam to complete the certification process. However, if you are certified - AT ANY LEVEL - prior to January 1st - you will be exempt from taking the exam. There is still time to send in your application as the deadline is a 12/31/11 postmark date.
Many people are eligible for certification and do not realize it. If you have completed MEPAP I or have 30 college credits or even 6-12 college credits - with specific hours of experience and continuing education - you have the potential to complete the certification process.
The NCCAP certification standards and application form are attached.
